In our new Summer 2010 issue we questioned the possibility of getting our hands on a Hoverboard by 2015 (the year Marty McFly used it to escape Griff and the gang in Back to the Future 2) and received some not so encouraging news. However this video from Nils Guadagnin, sent to us by contributing photographer Dan Neufeld leads us to believe we may be closer than we once thought. Although it's not strong enough to ride, Nils has designed the first working hoverboard. Check out the video below or click here for more details.

Our friends at the Tiki Room sent us some sad news. Apparently the long-standing Regina indoor skatepark will be closing down to make way for a football stadium. The park openned in 1997 and was a necessity for those long Saskatchewan...
